Our study measures the impact of any corporate Facebook activities on ad performance, brand image, marketing effectiveness, customer feedback and finally on sales. Our results give marketers a clear understanding of the RoI of all Facebook spendings and will help to optimize future Web 2.0 and social media campaigns.
